MOPA Pulse width adjustable pulse fiber laser marking machine

The MQLF-CM sub-series uses MAX MOPA pulsed fiber laser source. The pulse width and frequency are independently adjustable, making more laser applications possible. The pulse width is flexibly adjustable between 2-500ns, the peak power is up to 10kW, and the repetition frequency is up to 4000kHz. It is equipped with an independent research and development on-line isolator. It is an ideal laser source for laser fine processing. It is widely used in alumina blackening, stainless steel stable color printing, and high-speed plastics. Marking, chip marking,perect etching, laser deep engraving and other fields.

Long-lasting markings and corrosion resistance

The marking is directly hit on the surface with the help of a strong pulsed laser beam to produce extremely deep, high-contrast markings on the surface, achieving permanent markings with uniform viewing angles, and corrosion resistance.

The laser generates a high-energy laser beam. After the scene is focused, the focused very small spot acts on the material to be processed to show that the material is oxidized, melted, or even vaporized, thereby producing changes in color or depth, and achieving the purpose of laser marking.

Q1: I know nothing about this machine, what type of machine should I choose?

We will help you choose the suitable machine and share you the solution; you can share us what material will you marking / engraving and the depth of MARKING/ ENGRAVING.

Q2: When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?

We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to our factory for training.

Q3: If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?

We provide 13 months machine warranty. If there are any problems during warranty, we will provide free after-sales service. After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service.Please contact us if any questions.

Q4: What’s the consumption of laser marking machine?

A: There is no consumption of this machine.It’s economical and cost effective.

Q5: How will you make package of the machines?

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.

Q6: What’s the delivery time?

A: Normally the lead time is about 7 working days after receiving the payment.
